PTA

The PTA has been an integral part of the school community for many years. The committee of the PTA are always looking for new recruits so if you are interested in joining the PTA or offering support on an adhoc basis please contact Natalie MacHardy or Kat Leader on PTA@birchanger.essex.sch.uk

In its time the PTA has raised thousands and thousands of pounds. We are very lucky to be supported by a great team of willing volunteers who give their time to raise money. This has been spent on equipment and resources to enhance our children’s education experience and the school’s facilities.

Over the last few years the PTA have funded many initiatives including: giving the school a new quiet space in our playground, over £1,000 of library books and a number of laptops and tablets to support children's digital learning. They have also supported our families by funding several school trips, including a whole-school trip to the Pantomime!
