Mothers' day afternoon

On Thursday 24th March, we welcomed the mums and nans from our school community to celebrate Mothers' day. This event was organised by Mrs Field and we received help from the Birchanger community to make it a very special day. 

Mrs McArthur, from the kitchen made sandwiches and made lots of cakes. These were served to our guests by the Yr 6 children who dressed as waiters for the day. 

It was wonderful to see so many guests in the school after the last two years.
